Livestream Your Yoga in Real Time!

In these weird times of social-distancing, sometimes having yoga videos just isn’t enough. A lot of us are craving that connection we have when we walk into our home studio and see our yoga friends, but aren’t ready to go to classes in-person. We know that this isn’t the same, and, it is still fun to sign-on and see your friends’ faces and know that they are taking the class with you.

Below are the steps on how to join!

**All students must pre-register at least 30 minutes before the class you want to take to be e-mailed the Zoom link. FOR SUNRISE FLOW YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER BY 9PM THE EVENING BEFORE THE CLASS YOU WANT TO TAKE. See below for more Sunrise specifics.

1. Download the Zoom app on your computer, smart phone, or tablet. It's free.

2. Go to your MindBody profile here and make sure your email address is correct. If you don't have an account with us, create one.

3. Go to our schedule in MindBody Online, the MindBody App or at theyogaground.com/schedule and choose which class you would like to pre-register for. Notice that some of our classes are offered both indoors AND on Livestream. Make sure you select the livestream option.

4. Click "Book" next to the class that you want to take.

5. If you have a current class package, you can use this for livestreams. If your package expired during our shutdown, let us know and we will extend it. Otherwise, a livestream drop-in is $12 and livestream unlimited is $49/mo.

6. Registration will close 30 minutes before the class starts. All pre-registered will receive an e-mail with the Zoom class link about 15 minutes before the class starts. Registration will close for Sunrise Flows at 9pm the evening before. If less than 2 people are pre-registered by then, class will be cancelled. You will receive your Sunrise Flow e-mail link shortly after 9pm.

7. Click the link in the email and your app will open and take you to the class! You can join class at any time - so don't worry if you are running late!

8. If you pre-register for Sunrise Flow and cancel after 9pm the night before, or do not show up for your class, your account will be charged $12, regardless of your package or membership.

  • $75/mo unlimited, which includes access to the video library.
