Yoga for Runners w/ Jessica Ernst

For runners, yoga can be a beneficial training tool to help both the mind and body, whether you’re training for a goal race or running to stay in shape. Yoga builds a stronger core, increases flexibility, helps you gain a strong command of your breath, facilitates better balance, and aids in recovery.

In this 90 minute workshop, Jessica will lead you through a flow designed specifically with runners (and cyclers) in mind, with plenty of time for questions, explanations, and adaptations for each body in the room.
