Michael Simpson is a yoga teacher and aspiring writer but primarily considers himself a lifelong student. Michael studied Anatomy and Physiology at Penn State University and is now an E-RYT 200-hour yoga teacher and regular faculty member of local teacher trainings. He is known for his ability to articulate complex anatomical principles into easily-digested offerings. Michael received his first 200-hour certification in 2013 under the guidance of Heather Sheridan and Julie Gurevich. Since then, Michael has been lucky enough to study with modern-day yoga masters like Jason Crandell, Carrie Parker, Stacey Bell, and Jillian Pransky. In each class, Michael seamlessly weaves together precise anatomy, meditation techniques and storytelling into a powerful yoga experience.
