“Yoga is a journey and way of life; it is challenging and fulfilling. To conquer obstacles in calm demeanor shows strength and courage. A dedicated practice displays discipline towards your goals. On or off the mat, the only competition that exists is between you and the person you were yesterday. Listen to your breath; it will guide you. Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti; Namaste. “
