Alison McCue, a 200-hour RYT, trained with Baron Baptiste and has taught thousands of classes since 2008. She teaches a powerful, well-sequenced flow that offers the body and mind full workouts. She has a unique understanding of what feels good in students’ bodies and cues poses with precision. She believes flowing with the breath and finding the stillness of the mind are just as important as the movement of the body. Her classes are strong and sweaty but also heartfelt and relaxing. She challenges students physically and then allows them to go further in thoughtful yin positions for a fully integrated experience.
