Joan Castellano, certified Laughter Teacher from Laughter Yoga International University, works with people to bring more laughter, joy, and connection into their lives. She is CPR certified, insured, and has a Master's in Higher Education Administration from Columbia University, Teacher's College. She facilitates Laughter Yoga Workshops at colleges, staff retreats, social service agencies, community groups, private parties, and countless senior homes in the Essex County area. A West Orange resident, Joan radiates an infectious joy and loves to bring people together. She offers a 2-day training to enable others to spread this practice in their own lives and with others.
